WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE MADE?
All items are hand made from scratch. We do not stock any items therefore, for smaller pieces being sold on the website, please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be made and shipped.

For custom pieces, timeframes for making and delivery will be discussed with you during the consultation.

Should you have any specific requirements for when you require your item, please make this known at the time of ordering and I will let you know if it's possible to arrange your item any sooner.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
All items currently come carefully wrapped to ensure your item doesn't get damaged in the post. We do not specifically offer giftwrapping, however your items will come in a small gift bag.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once I have started making your order, it is difficult to make changes due to the nature of the process of making the glass items. However, please do get in touch as soon as you can, and if it is possible I will endeavour to accommodate your changes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with your item, however should there be any issues please get in contact as soon as possible.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should your item arrive broken or damaged we will replace it free of charge. If you are returning your purchase you will be responsible for the cost to return your item.
